3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 of an onion, diced
1 (14oz) can chicken broth
1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine everything but the salt and pepper in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. I made this for dinner today, and it's cooking away... I don't know if it will be yummy, but it smells delish! I'll let you know how it goes.
