Cheesy Chicken
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking pan, such as a glass pyrex dish. Sprinkle the garlic, salt and pepper over them. Mix the cans of soup together in a small bowl, and then cover the chicken breasts in the mixture. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until the chicken is tender. This recipe can also be made in a crock pot if your available free time to cook is mainly in the mornings. Follow the directions exactly the same, only place the chicken in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Tastes great served on a bed of pasta! I meant to take a picture but forgot... I'll add it next time I make it!
